OSSTMM 3.0 Released
The Institute for Security and Open Methodologies (ISECOM) announced the released of the Open Source Security Testing Methodology Manual (OSSTMM) 3.0.
ISECOM announced that The Open Source Security Testing Methodology Manual (OSSTMM) 3.0 that covers "security testing, security analysis, operational security metrics, trust analysis, operational trust metrics, and the tactics required to define and build the best possible security over Physical, Data Network, Wireless, Telecommunications, and Human channels" is now available.
ISECOM is a non-profit association that consists of security professionals focusing on open-source licenses and offering certification, training and support. OSSTMM 3.0 is available under a Creative Commons license 3.0 (Attribution-Non-Commercial-Share Alike), the OSSTMM methodology under a separate Open Methodology License (OML) 3.0. The PDF manual is available for free download.
