The Opensuse team has just released an update for the port scanner Nmap that signals the end of support for Suse Linux version 10.0.
Opensuse released Suse Linux 10.0 in October 2005. Support has now officially come to a close says the Suse team's Marcus Meissner. The current version of Suse is 10.3.
All told, there are 666 Patches for version 10.0. The lion's share - 529 – is security related. Other patches recomended by Suse total 124, and their have been 13 optional updates. Compared with Suse Linux 9.3 the number of updates is up slightly by 12.
