Aereo Puts Fox on the Run
Tech startup Aereo scored a victory in the US Second Circuit Court of Appeals with their plan to receive and stream broadcast television to Internet subscribers. Television broadcast companies have vociferously objected to the plan, which they say allows Aereo to use their content without a license. The broadcasters will undoubtedly appeal the decision, which will now go to either the full Second Circuit or the US Supreme Court.
