Mel's reminder: What FOSS communities can look like from the outside
Red Hat's Mel Chua posted a blog entry called What FOSS communities can look like from the outside. Her post is a nice reminder that communication methods that we take for granted, such as IRC, can be barriers to entry into the FOSS community for new people.
