Jono Bacon's "Art of Community" Free Online
The Art of Community by Ubuntero Jono Bacon about the building of communities is now available free as an e-book.
Jono Bacon's book The Art of Community: Building the New Age of Participation covers not only Linux communes but building communities in general. The Ubuntu community manager's book was first published by O'Reilly and is orderable over Amazon for about $35.
The free e-book as announced is under Creative Commons license BY-NC-SA (noncommercial share-alike). Bacon, in his blog, nevertheless urges readers to buy at least one hardcopy so that O'Reilly can offer free licenses for downloads in the future. He would also be grateful if it were reviewed on Amazon.
