MeeGo Devices VP Leaves
Ari Jaaski gives his resignation.
Tech Crunch is reporting that MeeGo Devices VP Ari Jaaksi has resigned , citing a Finnish magazine Talous Sanomat where Jaaski confirms as much himself. Jaaski joins Anssi Vanjoki, who was responsible for Nokia's smartphones and services business as the most recent Nokia executive to leave the company since the appointment of new Nokia CEO Stephen Elop.
In the last year Nokia has lost a few executives, including the company's CEO Olli-Pekka Kallasvuo. How Jaaksi's departure will affect the development and launch of MeeGo is uncertain. No replacement for Jaaksi has been named as of this time.
