The Universal Password Manager (UPM) is now also available in an Android version 1.0.
The password database format in the Android version is now cross-platform compatible with Linux, Windows and Mac OS X. The Java/SWING application uses the 128-bit Advanced Encryption Standard (AES) to encrypt passwords.
The Android package is available on the Android Market and the SourceForge project page for package download for Linux, Windows and Mac OS X. The program is under GPL.
The UPM stores usernames, passwords, URLs and generic notes in an encrypted database that is protected by a master password.
