During CeBIT Open Source 2010 Jim Zemlin, executive director of the Linux Foundation, found the time for an interview with Linux Pro Magazine.
He identified future challenges for Linux and the foundation, such as standardization, legal questions and usability. Most of all, the Linux business needs qualified manpower. Other issues are the membership at the Linux Foundation and Linux on smartphones.
At CeBIT Open Source 2010 the executive director of the Linux Foundation, Jim Zemlin, found the time for an interview.

Somewhere I have read that Jim Zemlin said: Two principal themes that Linux foundation paid close attention to were driving and application problems last year, are seen at present, the problems driven have basically all already been solved. But the personnel that Linux community develops lack, it is still the most master problem, the and Linux one should use a lot. Though Linux increase income software develop a lot already, make less persons relatively that Linux develop, the growth rate developed is not so fast as applied growth, so, I think the question of maximum is that is a maximum question that Linux developer relatively has fewer now. I can totally agree with that.
