Video: Programming with the Python Django web framework

In response to a challenge to programming language developers set by the editors of Linux Magazine, Python Django returned with a solution that is now available as a video workshop.

The screencast is from Douglas Napoleone of the Python Software Foundation. His step-by-step solution is for a simple database web application in response to the task set by the magazine.

Napoleone's program creates a first complete version of the application within an hour. The resulting sources are on the German sister publication's static listing downloads page. The programming example is to featured in four videos on our web page.
