Shaarli is a relatively recent addition to my toolbox, but it’s quickly becoming the go-to application for storing and sharing bookmarks. I’ve been using the Delicious bookmark service from time immemorial, but after Yahoo! acquired the service, I decided to move on. I tried several solutions with varying degrees of success: from Firefox’s bookmarking functionality to a simple database solution based on the First Things First application. I used them, but I didn’t love them.
