Akademy 2010: Call for Papers

The call for papers has begun for the annual developers conference, Akademy.

For the seventh time, the project has chosen Tampere in Finland as its venue (July 3 2010). Invited are users and anyone who has contributed to the project.

This year, the Akademy will be attempting to look into the future with "KDE beyond the Linux desktop" one discussion topic and, "The Social Desktop" another. Submissions on any other KDE-related topic are also welcome.

To ensure the quality of the program, the Akademy has adopted the motto, fewer but longer. Submissions should be made for either a 30 minute presentation, or 45 minutes with the publication of associated technical papers during the conference. The call for papers, along with contact email has been published by KDE here.
