Readers are asked to decide who deserves to win the 2011 Linux New Media Award for Favorite Linux Distribution.
Linux New Media Awards are traditionally chosen by a group of judges consisting of an international panel of editors, authors, and free and open source software industry experts. The annual prize is awarded to organizations, companies, and individuals who performed exceptional feats in the Linux and open source scene in the previous year. This year is no different -- with one exception. This year the judges choosing the best Linux distribution is you! Votes for Favorite Linux Distribution can be submitted via web form.
Winners will be announced in Hannover, Germany, in Hall 2 at the CeBIT Open Source event on March 3, 2011, and broadcast via live streaming.
