Open Source Poker: PokerTH 0.6.4 Released

For some game fanatics, the only reason they continue to use Windows is to play poker. Yet Linux also offers poker software.

Start with $3000 and play against the computer or on the Internet.

PokerTH is a C++ and Qt4 software for Linux, Mac and Windows with a GPLv2 license. TH stands for Texas Hold'em, hence the name. The software supports games against the PC (up to six players), games in a LAN network or on the Internet.

The new version 0.6.4 comes with improved server-support and an external avatar system. Various bugs have also been fixed. Go here for the download.
