PokerTH is a C++ and Qt4 software for Linux, Mac and Windows with a GPLv2 license. TH stands for Texas Hold'em, hence the name. The software supports games against the PC (up to six players), games in a LAN network or on the Internet.
The new version 0.6.4 comes with improved server-support and an external avatar system. Various bugs have also been fixed. Go here for the download.
