OSCON: Open Web Foundation Announced

David Recordon announces creation of Open Web Foundation.

Today at OSCON, David Recordon announced the creation of the Open Web Foundation, "an independent non-profit dedicated to the development and protection of open, non-proprietary specifications for web technologies." Slides from the announcement are available online.
