Opsview 3.5.0 with Improved Web User Interface

The British company Opsera has updated its community version of the software monitoring tool Opsview to 3.5.0.

Developers at Opsera have thoroughly revamped the monitoring suite's web interface, making it compatible with the Google Chrome and Internet Explorer 8 browsers. Support for Internet Explorer 6 has been dropped. Performance graphs are now provided by the Java script framework Flot.

Opsview contains the Nagios kern and Net-SNMP and RRDtool. The also included Nagvis has been updated to version 1.4.4.

Opsview 3.5.0 can be downloaded as tarball under GPLv2. Packages for Debian, Ubuntu, RHEL , Centos and Solaris 10 are also available. More information and links can be found in the release information.
An enterprise version of Opsview, complete with support, is also on offer.
