RedNotebook for Linux helps you keep track of notes and thoughts.

When I was a kid, the school accessory to have was the Mead Trapper Keeper binder, the pinnacle of organization for kids besieged by six subjects a day plus the usual assortment of administrivia from the school. Although I haven’t had a Trapper Keeper in decades, RedNotebook for Linux is just as nifty, and I didn’t even have to spend my allowance.
