2009 Google UKUUG Student/Developer Conference Grant

Would you like to attend the UKUUG 2009 Conference this March in London? Female computer scientists and students interested in Large Installation Systems Administration are encouraged to apply by this Friday, February 13, for the 2009 Google UKUUG Student/Developer Conference Grant. According to the announcement:
Two people will be chosen from the applicant pool to receive a 500 GBP grant each to go towards registration for the conference, the conference dinner, travel and accommodation. Your delegate fee, dinner ticket and accommodation will be paid automatically from the grant. Travel costs (economy/standard class only) must be claimed back separately after the event.
To be eligible for a conference grant candidates must:
- Be a developer or a student in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or technical field related to Large Installation Systems Administration.
- Be maintaining a strong academic background with demonstrated leadership ability.
- Attend both days of the UKUUG conference.
