If you know someone who wants to get started with Ubuntu, point them to the nearest Borders or Barnes & Noble so they can pick up a copy. The special edition includes a 10GB double-sided DVD with 32-bit and 64-bit versions of Ubuntu.

Can't order SPECIAL ISSUES by web page
I tried to use the link shown in issue #95 Oct 2008 www.linux-magazine.com/special. American and Canadians are to click on another link which takes you to a list MISSING all the SPECIAL editions. We cannot get them and I am very angry we are left out.
How do I get special issues #1 2008, #2 2008 and #3 2009 if I cannot order them???
Maybe an few thousand telephone calls ordering the special issues will fix things.
