Free Live Stream of Apachecon Keynotes
Linux Magazine is broadcasting a live stream from ApacheCon US 2008, LA, New Orleans (November 5 through 7). The keynotes from the developer conference are available free of charge.
ApacheCon is the official Apache Software Foundation (ASF) conference. More than 20 talks focus on Apache, with subjects ranging from system administration through to security. The keynotes will be broadcasted for free.
Among them is "State of the Feather", presented by Shane Curcuru and Jim Jagielski, Chairman of the Apache Software Foundation, on Wednesday at 9:00 am. David Recordon is giving the keynote "Learning from Apache to create Open Specifications" at 9:30 am. On day two, Shahani Markus Weerawarana will be holding the keynote "Standing on the shoulders of giants". The conference will close on Friday, but before Sam Ramji from Microsoft will be talking about "struct.new("future", :open, :microsoft)" at 11:30 am.
