LinuxFest Northwest Schedule Finalized
LinuxFest Northwest, held in Bellingham, Washington April 30- May 1, 2011, announces finalized schedule of events.
New to the LinuxFest Northwest schedule this year will be Bellingham TechNight on Friday, April 29th from 6-9 pm at the Cruise Terminal in Fairhaven.
More than 65 sessions offer a variety of talks, including Build Your First Android App, Crash Course on Open Source Cloud Computing, GNOME 3 - what to expect with the next generation user friendly desktop, Honey, I deleted the kids: preserving your digital legacy for decades, Why open source clouds are important for software freedom, Embrace the Dark Side: Marketing and Public Relations for FOSS Projects and more.
Exhibitors include Cloud.com | Open Source Cloud Computing, Electronic Frontier Foundation, HackerPublicRadio.org, LibreOffice, OpenStreetMap, openSUSE, The Fedora Project, and the Ubuntu WA LoCo.
