Web 2.0 Expo 2010 Schedule Announced
It's a veritable who's who in the online industry.
The Web 2.0 Expo 2010 schedule was announced and plenty of recognizable figures within the industry will be on-hand. The summit, which is co-produced by UMB TechWeb and O'Reilly Media, takes place from November 15-17 in San Francisco at the Palace Hotel.
Monday's speakers include Federated Media Publishing founder and one of the original co-founders of Wired John Battelle, Google CEO Eric Schmidt, Baidu chairman and CEO Robin Li, O'Reilly Media founder Tim O'Reilly, and WME Entertainment co-CEO Ariel Emanuel.
Tuesday's speakers include Adobe CEO Shantanu Narayen, Yahoo! CEO Carol Bartz, Digital Sky Technologies CEO Yuri Milner, and Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg. Also on Tuesday's schedule is an ominous and vague "special announcement" to take place in the Grand Ballroom.
Wednesday closes the event with conversations with Research In Motion CEO Jim Balsillie, FCC chairman Julius Genachowski, LinkedIn CEO Jeff Weiner, and Twitter CEO Evan Williams.
Admission to the Web 2.0 Summit costs US$ 3,995 if ordered before September 27. After that, the standard price is US$ 4,195, and US$ 4,395 on the day of the event. Invitations can be requested here. Conference passes include access to all sessions and networking events. Continental breakfast and lunch is provided daily.
