LXC is fully integrated into the kernel, providing a fast and easy approach to virtualizing individual programs and whole systems on Linux without the need for patches and additional modules.

If you are looking to virtualize a system on Linux, you have a choice of various tools. LXC is a fairly young, but all the more interesting, option that has already made its way into the current kernel; thus, it is easy to install and very easy on resources. In this article, I show you how to run virtual systems with a network connection referring to a root server as a case study.
