Nokia: Qt SDK 1.1 Now Available
Nokia announces the release and immediate availability Qt SDK 1.1 as its next step in tools support for Qt based development.
New features in Qt SDK 1.1 include Qt 4.7.3, Qt Mobility, Qt Quick, Qt Creator 2.1 as well as tools for Symbian, Maemo, and desktop apps and device binaries to enable apps created with the SDK to be run on Symbian devices.
Qt SDK 1.1 is available for the following versions and installation packages: 32- or 64-bit Microsoft Windows XP Service Pack 2, Windows Vista, or Windows 7; 32 or 64-bit Ubuntu Linux 8.04 or later; 64-bit Apple Mac OS X 10.6 or later. Each installer is available in offline and online versions with the offline installers containing the entire Qt SDK, while the online versions download the software when run on the computer.
According to Nokia, every effort has been made to release the Qt SDK 1.1 bug free; however, if users do encounter a bug they are asked to report it through the Qt bug tracker and can find in help with reporting bugs they may encounter with the Qt guide for reporting bugs.
