10th Annual Sys Admin Day - Admins, We Thank You!
For the 10th time, this day is dedicated to those unsung heroes working in the background: System Administrators.
The System Administrator Appreciation Day, held regularly on the last Friday in July, is dedicated to all those that keep PCs, networks, web and mail up and running. The website SysAdminDay has captured the life of a Sys Admin with poignant words and humorous images.
Its the destiny of a system administrator to only be noticed when something stops working, yet it's their continuous and concerted efforts that keep things running on a day to day basis – a fact often forgotten by many PC users. So from all of us here at Linux Magazine and Linux Pro Magazine: Many Thanks!
