OpenSUSE EULA
Your February 2009 issue came with a DVD of openSUSE 11.1.
Although I have no quarrels with the technical side of the distribution, it does come with a wordy End User License Agreement (EULA) that the user is deemed to have agreed to by the mere act of installing and/or using openSUSE 11.1. Some clauses of that EULA make me uneasy, such as:
