openSUSE 12.2
The double-sided DVD attached to this issue comes with 32-and 64-bit versions of the latest release from the openSUSE project. openSUSE 12.2 continues in the long tradition of SUSE Linux, offering a full-featured system that is ready for the server room yet friendly enough for the desktop.
In addition to perennial SUSE favorites, such as the popular YaST management interface, the latest release comes with Gnome 3.4, LibreOffice 3.5, and GIMP 2.8, as well as hundreds of other updated applications and components. The Linux 3.4 kernel promises faster data transfer, better performance, and improved power management.
