EndeavourOS is a popular Arch Linux derivative known for its user-friendly installer and the extra testing it gives to new Arch packages. Like Arch, EndeavourOS is a rolling release, but it also releases periodic or "refresh" .iso images for users installing from scratch. As the release announcement [2] explains, Neo came out only three months after the last image, so it consists mostly of bug fixes with no new features or any other major changes. All that the announcement mentions is a short list of upgrades:

  • Calamares 24.06.2.1-1
  • Firefox 130.0.1-1
  • Linux 6.10.10.arch1-1
  • Mesa 1:24.2.3-1
  • Xorg-server 21.1.13-1 (xorg)
  • NVIDIA 560.35.03-6

A comment on the announcement adds that the only changes are minor ones to the installer, not to the operating system itself.
