Former MeeGo VP Heads to Palm
All Things D says so.
John Paczkowski of All Things D reports that former Vice President, MeeGo Devices Ari Jaaksi has taken a job at Palm. Jaaksi left Nokia earlier this month citing personal reasons. According to Paczkowski Jaaksi was hired as senior vice president of webOS and will begin work in November.
At this time Jaaksi could not be reach for comment. Equally important, Paczkowski's story featured unnamed sources close to the company, so bear in mind. That said, All Things D has a solid track record with these things and the story makes sense. When we get confirmation from HP, Palm, or Jaaksi, himself, we'll update the story.
