Supermicro 10Gb Ethernet Switch Unveiled

Supermicro announces its SSE-X24S, a new high-performance, 10Gb Ethernet switch.

The new standalone 1U top-of-rack switch offers 23x SFP+ 10GbE ports, 1:1 non-blocking connectivity, CLI or web GUI management options, and redundant hot-swappable power supplies. In today's announcement, Charles Liang, President and CEO of Supermicro, says, “Supermicro takes pride in opening access to advanced network switching solutions for any performance or cost-conscious IT professional or decision maker of SMB, enterprise, data center, or cloud deployments.”
